The site had a luxurious feel for a fairly good price. We were provided with a free room upgrade so that definitely affects my feelings but I think I would have been happy with the original room as well. The on site bar, restaurant have predictably high prices but a nice atmosphere and the gym and sauna is a great inclusion. Good for a long stay!

Really good hotel, nice rooms and excellent bathroom and shower! They have a cleaning policy that you can choose from have the cleaning or donate and amount for charity ou even take a free beverage instead, i like that but we really don't need cleaning every sing day of the stay, so really nice. The bar/restaurant have a really small menu, but it was good. One thing is service because when full they were just two people to serve several tables. Staff was ok but not kind or charismatic. Location was ok but you need transport or a long walk to city center. Despite that it's close to a station and easy to get transport.

The location was fine, walking distance of Cologne's main railway station and next to two U stops. Service was friendly and efficient. The room was a good size, clean and well lit. We particularly liked the provision of a fridge, and the option to request the room to be left uncleaned at our request, for either a voucher or donation by the hotel to a tree-planting scheme. The air con worked well, though we didn't use it, and I assume the heating would be similarly efficient.

The location is outstanding, next to the tram stop and close to the city center. Hotel is nice and cosy. l enjoyed breakfast a lot, vegan options were included. Easy access to the parking underneath hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location, very central with a wide range of public transport on the doorstep. Rooms are clean and functional.

Our room was a perfect size, modern, with a nice bathroom. It included a fridge which was excellent and no shortage of towels, toliet paper or space for bags and clothes. The reception was bright and clean and had a nice bar/restaurant. The staff were very friendly and had a room ready for us when we arrived early morning which is a bonus! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again.

The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bathroom had a great shower, a comfortable toilet, and included two glasses for drinking water or brushing our teeth. Extra utilities within the room were a safe, a water cooker including tea, instant coffee, and milk, a tv, a safe, and a small fridge.

Good quality hotel, friendly staff. Good size room and balcony. Big bed. Handy for the U-Bahn.

Very comfortable room, excellent buffet breakfast, hotel was in walking distance of centre of Cologne, very pleasant staff.
